You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day:
- on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods, provided you ordered one or more goods under a single order and these were delivered uniformly;
- on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, provided you ordered a product that is delivered in multiple partial shipments or pieces;

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive the notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts
for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is essential or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer. This particularly applies to locking systems, profile cylinders with keyed alike, additional deliveries of duplicate keys and profile cylinders on existing locks, which are made at the customer's request. The customer makes an individual choice as soon as he deviates from the presets on the respective product page.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts
- for the delivery of goods if these are inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature. This also includes the irreversible mixing of goods that can occur through commissioning and/or programming.
- for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal was removed after delivery.
General Notes on Withdrawal
1) Please avoid damaging and contaminating the goods. Please return the goods in original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. Use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please provide suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage.
2) Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.
3) Please note that the above paragraphs 1-2 are not prerequisites for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
